Zanchetta Alimentos Ltda has grown into a leading name in Brazil’s poultry processing industry, distinguished by its modern approach to food production. Located in Boituva, São Paulo, Zanchetta operates a sprawling 420,000-square-meter facility that integrates all stages of the production process, from hatchery operations to final product logistics. This holistic approach allows the company to maintain full control over quality, ensuring consistency throughout the entire supply chain. With this efficient model in place, Zanchetta is able to produce over 18,000 tons of poultry meat each month, which is exported to more than 29 countries.

Zanchetta Alimentos has implemented several environmentally responsible initiatives, including water reuse systems and minimal waste generation, alongside a robust reforestation program that focuses on eucalyptus plantations.
